01. Our services
We provide project-based services that may include AI workflow design and automation, AI-assisted digital content and creative work, lightweight assistants or prototypes, and related consulting. Projects are scoped based on individual customer needs. This website is informational and does not sell or deliver self-serve software, subscriptions, or physical goods.
02. Quotes, scope and payment
Before requesting payment, we will agree in writing on the applicable services, deliverables, fees, indicative schedule, relevant dependencies, and any revisions included. Changes to scope may require a new quote or timeline. Payments may be requested through a Stripe invoice or secure payment link. Available checkout methods may vary by country, currency, and account eligibility.
03. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information and reasonably timely feedback. You are responsible for having necessary permissions to share your materials, data, trademarks and third-party content with us. Do not provide passwords, regulated personal information, or sensitive third-party data without prior agreement on appropriate handling.
04. Delivery, review and revisions
Digital outputs and delivery formats will be defined in the accepted scope. Any included revisions or approval checkpoints will be stated in writing before work begins. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will notify you of material changes affecting the project timeline.
05. Intellectual property and tools
Ownership, licensing, reuse rights, and any restrictions for the final deliverables should be specified in the accepted project terms. Third-party models, software, templates and licensed material may be subject to their respective provider terms. Third-party paid subscriptions or material external costs will be discussed before being incurred on your behalf.
06. AI-assisted output and review
AI-assisted content and automation can produce incomplete or incorrect results. Customers should review outputs and test workflows before relying on them, particularly for consequential decisions. Unless separately agreed in writing, our services are not legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice, and we do not guarantee particular commercial outcomes.
07. Refunds, cancellations and disputes
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the general process for cancellations, project issues, and refund requests. Mandatory statutory and consumer protection rights remain in force.
08. Service availability and website content
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the suitability of its general information for any specific project. Any binding project commitments arise from separately accepted written terms and not from illustrative website descriptions.
